Who Am I

I am a licensed real estate agent here in Memphis, committed to helping my clients sell and/or purchase their home. With a BA from Rhodes College and an MBA from The University of Memphis, I am Memphis-educated. Additionally, I am honored to be a part of the upcoming Leadership MAAR class of 2024 (Memphis Area Association of Realtors). A 30-year veteran of corporate real estate with multi-family, hospitality, and student housing experience in market information, operations, sales, and development/finance totaling nearly $1 billion, I am quite comfortable helping you assess the residential market whether it’s a $75,000 or $1 million home.  I’m blessed to work with a great group of extremely talented, experienced professionals from marketing, transaction support, and my colleagues and mentors at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, Realtors, and the Coldwell Banker family across the country. With them, I am full service: meeting the needs of my clients to both sell and purchase their home, offering my opinion of home value, comparing other homes in the market to drive a strong listing price or purchase offer, strategizing based on your needs and wants, marketing and advertising, analyzing with you the pros and cons of offers received on your home, liaising with your lender, overseeing inspections, guiding you on repairs, negotiating the transaction, developing and coordinating documents, and leading you through the closing process. I do not “a la carte” my services - - -I bring it all to you from beginning to end. My goal is to provide my clients with a seamless and stress-free real estate experience from the initial dream to reality!
